These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the g77u platform. By registering an account or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Key Points at a Glance
You Must Be 18 or Older
g77u is strictly an 18+ platform. Registration is not permitted for any person under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals are closed immediately with funds returned where legally required.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one g77u account. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same individual or shared between multiple individuals — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Fair Play Is Mandatory
Any form of cheating, exploit abuse, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly forbidden. g77u reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently ban any account found to be engaged in such conduct.
Withdrawals Require Verification
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players must provide valid documentation confirming their identity and ownership of the payment method used for deposits before any withdrawal can be processed. This protects both the player and the platform from fraud.
Bonus Terms Are Binding
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by g77u are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limitations, and eligibility criteria. Players must meet all applicable conditions before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to comply results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Terms May Be Updated
g77u reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version of these terms on a regular basis to stay informed of any changes.
Section 1
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. All defined terms appear in bold on first use.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
- "g77u", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"
- Refers to the g77u online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://g77u.com, including all its services, features, games, and associated infrastructure.
- "Player", "User", "You", "Your"
- Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the g77u platform for any purpose, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing games.
- "Account"
- The personal registered account created by a Player on g77u, through which the Player accesses the platform's services, manages their balance, and places wagers.
- "Services"
- All products, features, and activities available on the g77u platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, table games, and any associated promotional or bonus offers.
- "Funds" / "Balance"
- The monetary value held in a Player's g77u account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), comprising deposited funds, bonus credit, and any winnings accumulated through use of the Services.
- "Bonus Funds"
- Any promotional credit, free bet, or enhanced reward issued to a Player's account by g77u as part of a promotional offer, welcome package, or loyalty reward. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money balance.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer)
- The identity and payment verification process through which g77u confirms a Player's age, identity, and ownership of payment methods in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.
- "Wagering Requirement"
- The total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction"
- Any country or territory from which access to and use of the g77u platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether they are accessing the platform from a permitted jurisdiction.
Where the context permits, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. Any reference to a statute or regulatory instrument includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof in force from time to time.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
These rules define who may legally register and use the g77u platform.
To register and use the g77u platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Services:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. g77u is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by, or on behalf of, any individual under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the g77u platform or any related service operated by the same team.
- You must not be acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of exploiting the platform's bonus structures, promotional offers, or betting systems in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
By completing the registration process and using the g77u platform, you represent and warrant to g77u that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. If at any point your circumstances change such that you no longer meet these criteria, you are obligated to cease using the platform immediately and notify the g77u support team at [email protected].
g77u reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including during registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Rules governing the creation, maintenance, and verification of your g77u account.
To access real-money betting and gaming services on g77u, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one g77u account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, g77u reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. g77u will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify g77u immediately by contacting [email protected]. g77u may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.
KYC Verification: All players are required to complete the g77u Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the g77u compliance team for the purposes of fraud prevention
g77u processes all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely on SSL-encrypted infrastructure.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Rules governing the movement of funds to and from your g77u account.
g77u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment channels:
- bKash — instant deposit, fast withdrawal processing
- Nagad — instant deposit, fast withdrawal processing
- Rocket — deposit and withdrawal via Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
- Upay — deposit and withdrawal via Upay mobile wallet
- BRAC Bank Transfer — bank-to-bank deposit and withdrawal
- Sonali Bank Transfer — bank-to-bank deposit and withdrawal
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on g77u is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance and will be returned to the originating payment method.
Deposit Restrictions: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. g77u reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after full KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. g77u does not issue withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposits without prior compliance review and written approval.
Withdrawal Processing Times: g77u aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing times of the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended in circumstances where additional verification is required.
Transaction Limits: g77u reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits on individual deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice, subject to g77u's responsible gaming obligations.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
The rules that govern all bonus offers, promotional credits, and free bet awards on g77u.
From time to time, g77u may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds issued by g77u are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is communicated at the point of bonus issuance and visible in your account dashboard under the Bonuses section.
Eligible Games: Not all games on the g77u platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and slot games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates applicable to a specific bonus are detailed in the individual offer's terms.
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a defined validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses in violation of this rule may result in all associated bonus balances being voided.
Abuse and Fraud: g77u actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and systematic exploitation of free-bet offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, g77u reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.
Seasonal Promotions: g77u runs special promotional offers tied to events significant to the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL cricket season, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major ICC tournaments. Terms specific to each seasonal promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
g77u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn after a player has partially met its conditions, g77u will endeavour to handle the affected player's position fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Your responsibilities as a g77u player and actions that are strictly forbidden on the platform.
By using the g77u platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. You accept personal responsibility for all activity undertaken through your registered account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform — including placing bets, spinning slots, or executing casino strategies — is forbidden without express written permission from g77u.
- Money Laundering: g77u strictly prohibits the use of its platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity. All suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable regulations. Accounts suspected of financial crime will be frozen and referred to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Players must not coordinate with other players to gain an advantage in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format available on the platform. Collusion constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing False Information: You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform. Accounts found to have been registered with false information will be closed immediately.
- Account Sharing: You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to place bets or access the platform's services.
- Offensive Conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards g77u staff, customer support representatives, or other players on any feature of the platform that involves player interaction.
g77u reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears to be in violation of these obligations. During an investigation, g77u may temporarily restrict account functionality, including the ability to place new bets or make withdrawals, without prior notice to the player.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Circumstances under which g77u may restrict or close a player account.
g77u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide detailed justification in every case:
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime
- The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule
- The player has been found to be abusing bonuses or promotional offers
- The player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools
- g77u is required to close the account by applicable law or regulatory instruction
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the g77u support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, g77u will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by g77u — your right to access the platform and its services ceases immediately. Any outstanding bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules, and winnings (if any) will be processed subject to verification requirements.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who exclude themselves through g77u's responsible gaming tools will have their account access blocked for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The extent of g77u's legal responsibility to players and users of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g77u shall not be liable to any player or third party for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of business or business opportunity
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage
- Any loss arising from the player's reliance on information presented on the platform that is subject to change
- Any loss arising from interruptions to service, system outages, or technical failures outside g77u's reasonable control
g77u makes no warranty or representation that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical defects, or that it will be compatible with every device or network configuration. While g77u invests significantly in platform reliability, temporary outages and maintenance windows are a normal part of platform operations.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the g77u platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your g77u account. g77u does not guarantee any particular outcome for any bet, game, or wagering activity, and nothing on this platform should be construed as financial advice or a suggestion that gambling is a reliable means of generating income.
Force Majeure: g77u shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, widespread power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or any other force majeure event.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the g77u platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. g77u reserves the right to pursue claims against players in any jurisdiction where the player is domiciled.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the g77u Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and g77u with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
